2018 is the years of the Avengers. Marvel Studios will release the first installment of the Avengers: Infinity War in April 2018. Meanwhile, back home, we may see updated version of the Bajaj Avenger cruiser motorcycles. Bajaj Auto is reportedly working on updating its Avenger range and we may see extensive revisions on the MY2018 versions. Autocar India reports that the new 2018 range of Avenger motorcycles will feature updated visual, features and specifications.
The report suggests that the new Avenger 220 will feature a digital instrument console, LED DRLs, a flush-type fuel-tank lid, new saddle design, new grab rail and a sissy bar. The 220 will also expected to feature a single-channel ABS, something that we’ve already seen on the Bajaj RS200. The 2018 Avenger 150 range will also feature revisions although the list wouldn’t be as long as the Avenger 220.
Apart from the added features, the new 2018 Avenger range will also reportedly feature revised styling which will be a step-up from the current generation model which draws styling cues from the Kawasaki Eliminator.
The new range, as reported by the source, will arrive by as early as January 2018, along with the new Bajaj Dominar 400 that will feature more colour options.
