Regulars here would remember that we reported in detail when Skoda accidently leaked the images of the 2013 Skoda Octavia vRS in mid December.
Now, what we have here is a collection of images of the 2013 Octavia vRS and the new Octy looks very sporty with the vRS bodykit.
The 2013 Octavia vRS is powered by a 2 Litre TSI turbo gasoline engine with an expected power output of around 220 bhp and a peak torque output of 350Nm. The motor will be mated with a 6 speed manual gearbox. It is also being said that Skoda might come up with a highly tuned 2.0 litre TDI diesel engine for the vRS. Other big mechanical changes include a stiffened suspension and a more precise steering to complement the additional power.
Cosmetic changes on the car include a lot of vRS badges, a new front bumper, a new grille, daytime running lamps, revised rear bumper, boot spoiler,twin exhausts and tasty 18 inch alloy wheels.
