Before most of us got ourselves a driver’s licence, we got ourselves a remote-controlled (R/C) car of some sort. And, if you had a fellow R/C car driver, you just found yourself a fellow partner in crime. Remember racing on a building’s terrace or a vacant parking lot? Well, some guys take these miniature racing even more seriously and by the looks of it, could beat some real racing drivers in such a scenario. This video would be even cooler for those in you who can’t get enough of the action and racing within the Fast & Furious movies. Trust us, this one is fantastic and the entire thing is choreographed and filmed in a way which would make Michael Bay, proud.
In this race, you will see a R/C Ford F-150 Raptor, Nissan GT-R, Ford Mustang, some Corvette police cars and a Porsche 911. Oh, did we mention that there is an R/C police helicopter with some real chopper sound effects, too? And don’t be fooled by their size, because these things are chuffing marvellous! The short film even has an exciting plot, you would lose track of time and never realise that all of this was done by a bunch of blokes in a back alley. If you fancy buying one of these, they are available online. Some can be yours for around $60 (Rs. 3,700), but if you are feeling flush with cash, you could end up splurging up to $300 (Rs. 18,700). By the looks of it, these cars don’t seem to be very sturdy and we even cringed at times, thinking that they would fall apart. However, none of that happened and in fact, these tiny cars seem to be in their element and the blokes with the remote even performed some fast and furious drifts! Anyway, don’t forget to tell us which car you liked the most and why. And while we are at it, which was your favourite scene in the whole clip?
