GM India have officially revealed an official video depicting the features of the new Beat XSDE 1.0-liter diesel engine along with the three TVCs. The TV ads are suggesting a launch date of 27th July. The ads claim the Beat to be the ‘Diesel Car That Would Set India Free’. In a sense the claim in not entirely false, as the Beat would be the first small diesel car coming from a carmakers of international repute, is fit for small families and would deliver great fuel efficiency at an unbeatable price. With its deadly positioning, the Beat diesel may just convert a lot of petrol hatch buyers into its prospective customers. Check out the XSDE diesel engine video and the TVCs
