Of the numerous donor cars that are used for extensive modifications, the (Maruti) Suzuki Swift has to be one of the favourites. Today, we get you one heavily modified version of the hatchback, a 350hp model to be precise. The donor car in this case though, was a Suzuki Swift Sport producing about 120 hp.

Done up by the folks at Japan based D-Language racing team, this 1.6-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine of the Swift Sport was tuned to produce a colossal 350 hp. The feat was achieved by adding a larger turbocharger and a number of race-specific parts to reach the said power output. While this massive power is sent to the wheels via the stock six speed manual transmission, the racing alloy wheels come wrapped with 295/30 section Yokohama rubber.

On the inside, the car was stripped down to its bare essentials after which the racing team added a roll cage, harnesses and and racing seats (bucket seats) for the interiors. As for the exterior, the model is equipped with downforce kit including a front splitter, side skirts and a huge rear spoiler.

A few other changes that are also said to have been included in the 350 hp Suzuki Swift are a lowered suspension and carbon fibre bits for better aerodynamics. For those of you wanting to get this mod job done, there is a little disappointment in store as the car is not street legal and hence can be used strictly for track purposes only. I hope someone gets one such crazy invention to the BIC in Delhi, but then again, who am I kidding?
