Tech and Features
A lot of minor outliers are to be found in the tech and features as both companies provide features that they feel are more important. Urban Cruiser gets Ambient lighting as an option which is a feature which is a very hot feature in the current market. However, it misses out on wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

In terms of warranty Toyota is a clear victor here, which covers more years and more kilometers. Toyota is generally more expensive across the board. Although, in my opinion the price is justified as it is offering a lot of features and extended warranty for it.
Verdict
Toyota and Suzuki both offer tremendous value as there is no other SUV which offers a mild hybrid or a strong hybrid option, in addition to that the fuel economy numbers are excellent and truly class leading. However in certain scenarios the Toyota comes out on top, for instance it has ambient lighting, puddle lamps better warranty, TMPS, Traction Control etc. On the other hand Maruti Suzuki has an option of Electronic locking diff, Hill descent control which makes it better at off-roading than the Urban Cruiser.
