Bavarian auto maker BMW has quietly released the first images and details of its new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer with M Sport package.
The new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer M Sport surely looks sportier than the vanilla edition and comes kitted out with a new aerodynamic body kit, a high-gloss black grille, a sport-tuned suspension and 17 inch alloy wheels. The car can also be bought with 18 inch alloy wheels and the new suspension lowers the ride height by 10 mm.
On the inside too, the car gets many new bits such as a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel, new upholstery for sports seats, an anthracite roof liner and M-branded door sill plates.
As has almost always been known, the new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer M Sport will be launched with the following engine options-
- 1.5 liter three cylinder petrol with 136 HP (100 kW) of max power and 220 Nm (162 lb-ft) of peak torque
