Suzuki Motorcycle India Completes 20 Years of Manufacturing in India

Suzuki Motorcycle India has completed 20 years of production in the country. The journey started in 2006 and over time the brand built a strong position in the Indian two wheeler space. It now stands with 10 million units produced and a wide product base across scooters, motorcycles and premium bikes.

The brand first came with the Heat 125 and Zeus 125 motorcycles in India. Then in 2007, Suzuki introduced the Access 125 scooter, which became a landmark product for the company and continues to remain one of its best-selling scooters.

Over the years, Suzuki has steadily expanded its product portfolio. The current scooter lineup includes the Access 125, Burgman Street, and Avenis.

The motorcycle range features the Gixxer 150 and Gixxer 250 models, which are expected to receive updates in the future. Suzuki also maintains a strong presence in the premium segment with its flagship Hayabusa.

The latest addition to the lineup is the updated Burgman Street, which comes equipped with features such as keyless entry, a TFT display, and other modern technology upgrades.
