Kia, a dynamic carmaker, has been making impressive strides by exporting 200,000 units to 95 countries. The company’s outstanding performance is largely attributed to its best-selling product, the Seltos. Although, other products such as Sonet and Carens have contributed to the sales of the brand. The immense response resulted in achieving a big milestone in Q1 of 2023.

Analysis of export information
In the first quarter of 2023, the Seltos accounted for 28% of Kia’s total sales in India, with 10,295 units. The highest dispatch number achieved by the brand is 9462 units in December 2022. Moreover, the Seltos dominated the global market, representing 68% of the brand’s overall dispatches, with 135,885 units sold worldwide.
Kia continues to demonstrate its success with an impressive quarter-on-quarter export growth of 22% compared to last year. Furthermore, the company concluded the financial year 2022-23 with a sales growth of 44%. The company’s rapid growth and strong performance are a testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
