One of the prominent 2-wheeler makers, Yamaha has launched the updated versions of the Aerox 155, R15, and MT-15 range. Under the Blue brand campaign, the Aerox 155 gets an updated Traction Control System and MT-15 gets Quick Shifter System. Apart from this, Yamaha has made several tweaks and additions to new features in their 2-wheeler line-up.

Updates in the Yamaha Aerox 155
Yamaha has updated the Aerox 155 scooter with a tweaked Traction Control System for better stability in any riding condition. Yamaha Aerox 155 is available with a new Silver color option. Moreover, the 2023 Aerox 155 gets an updated OBD device for controlled emissions. The updated powertrain of Aerox 155 supports E20 fuel and complies with updated BS6 emission norms. The Aerox 155 is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke petrol engine producing 15ps of power and 14nm of torque output. The 155cc Blue-Core petrol engine is coupled to a CVT Transmission.

Updates in the Yamaha MT-15 range
The V2 variant of the Yamaha MT-15 gets more color options. The Yamaha MT-15 gets 2 new color options: – Dark Matte Blue & Metallic Black color. Yamaha has also introduced the option of a Y-Connect Bluetooth variant. However, the MT-15 also has a non-Bluetooth variant and retains the safety features like dual channel ABS and TCS System. With these features, the MT-15 range is aimed to provide convenience to its riders with its advanced technology and best riding pleasure.

Updates in the R15 range
The MY’23 update of Yamaha R15 comprises new features enhancing riding pleasure. The R15 V4 gets Quick Shifter Technology for faster gear shifts. Also, the R15 V4 is now available in 2 color options – new Intensity White and Racing Blue. However, the R15 S gets the same powertrain and racing LCD display as the V4 variant.
Tweaks in the Powertrain of MT-15 and R15 range
Yamaha has updated the powertrains of the MT-15 and R15 series of bikes. The MY’23 updated range of bikes is equipped with an updated OBD device. The new powertrain complies with updated BS6 phase-2 emission norms supporting E20 fuel. The MT-15 and R15 range of bikes is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke petrol engine producing 19ps of power and 14nm of torque output. The engine also features Variable Valve Actuation System coupled to a slick-shifting 6-speed gearbox with an Assist and Slipper clutch for precise shifting.
About Colour Options and Pricing
The latest Yamaha Aerox 155 of 2023 is now offering a new silver color option priced at Rs. 1.43 Lakhs Ex-showroom. The MT-15 is available in Black and Blue colors with a price of Rs. 1.65 Lakhs Ex-showroom. The sporty R15 V4 comes with a new white color option and is priced at Rs. 1.86 Lakhs Ex-showroom. On the other hand, the R15S is priced at Rs. 1.64 Lakhs Ex-showroom with no significant updates.
