The DSK Benelli 302R has finally arrived in India as DSK Motowheels has launched the motorcycle for the Indian market with a price tag of INR 3.48 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle will come equipped with ABS as standard. With the new 302R, DSK Benelli aims to create a strong presence in the mid-size motorcycle segment of the Indian market. The motorcycle will be available in three colour choices:
- White Rosso
- Red Nero
- Silver Verde
The model is available across all DSK Benelli showrooms PAN India.
Mechanically, the motorcycle comes equipped with a 300cc in-line two-cylinder 4-stroke DOHC engine that is bolted to an all new chassis. The twin-cylinder engine is tuned to deliver 38.26 BHP of power @ 11,500 RPM and 26.5 Nm of torque @ 10,000 RPM. The engine comes mated to a six speed transmission. Stopping power is provided by hydraulic double disc brakes upfront and a hydraulic single disc at the rear. Suspension duties are provided by inverted telescopic fork upfront and a hydraulic monoshock at the rear.
The 302R comes with a 4-year unlimited kilometre warranty and also the customer can opt for ‘Happy Savings Plan’ which offers customers the advantage of low ownership costs, as well as warranty protection.
