Tata Motors and Vetri Motors today inaugurated a new 4000 sq mtr 3S facility in Madurai that will provide customers with sales, service and spares, all under one roof. The new partnership will cater to the customers of Madurai, Dindigul, Theni and Virudhnagar districts of Tamil Nadu with the Tata Motors range of commercial vehicles.
Located on the NH 7 bypass, the facility will have 8 workshop bays, in addition to 2 accident bays staffed by technicians, with a capacity to handle about 30 vehicles a day. The facility is also equipped with amenities like express service bays, driver and technician rest rooms, an environmental friendly effluent treatment system, a rain-water harvesting system, Wi-Fi connectivity and vehicle display areas.
At the new Tata Motors’ dealership in Madurai, customers can experience a host of primary for Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles. The dealership is also equipped with mobile workshops for 24×7 customer support. At Vetri Motors customers can also avail of financing options, loyalty programs, including full service contracts.
