One of the most fascinating jobs in the world of motorcycles is being a professional test rider. And if the job involves testing super-bikes, then it is a dream come true for the lucky few. For those who have already started dreaming, here is good news; Ducati is calling out to enthusiasts who would like to become their test riders. The Italian motorcycle manufacturer is looking out for 160 capable riders who can test their super-bikes at two events in May.
Ducati is gearing up for two Panigale racing events in the UK and is in search of riders for the same. The first event will be held on 20 May 2016 at the Snetterton Circuit motor racing course in Norfolk. The next will be held on 26 May 2016 at the Silverstone Circuit situated next to the Northamptonshire villages of Silverstone and Whittlebury. Coming to the even more interesting bit of the event, the selected riders will be given the mighty 1299 Panigale and the all new 959 Panigale as their weapons to take on the iconic motor racing circuits of UK. The riders are expected to present at the tracks all suited up in appropriate riding gears.
Enthusiasts can log on to the Ducatinewbike.com and fill up a simple form that requires the rider to fill it up with details like – name, e-mail, postal code, name and age of the bike currently owned and wanting to change bike in (duration). The form also provides an option to select the preferred event – Snetterton, 20 May 2016 or Silverstone, 26th May 2016. Further, Ducati sates that invites will be sent to riders chosen to ride the Ducati Panigale, those not so lucky will be informed and will be on a reserve list, but hopefully, will not be disappointed.
