Exclusive pictures and details: 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250R special edition

We are one of the first people to bring to you the pictures of this 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250R special edition and the brand new Kawasaki ER-4f (or the Ninja 400R – check the immediate next post). The images of the new Ninja 250R are out, but unfortunately the information to go with it is not very exciting. We were expecting some changes to the 2011 version of the baby Ninja, but all Kawasaki has given us is new colours and some new graphics for the instrument panel. The price, performance and all the cycle parts of the new version remain totally unchanged. Now that sure is not enough for a bike to be called a special edition. Very few people have till now managed to get access to the pictures that you see here, and having taken them from a Japanese site (and not being able to read Japanese), even we are not sure as to whether the bike has been officially announced by Kawasaki yet. As you would assume, it would take quite some time before this version makes its way to India. There isn’t much to get excited about this one, to be very honest. The release date as per the Japanese website for the black version of the bike is scheduled to be September 1 2010, while the white version should hit the street by August

  1. Exclusive pictures,

[…] The images of the latest Kawasaki on the block are now out. Kawasaki released the teaser pictures of their new 400

  2. These bikes make perfect sense for India. I've always loved 400s. They make so much more sense than full blown super sports. Hope Kawi brings one of 'em and most of all, at a proper price.. around 5 lakhs would be amazing…

  3. Deepak Dongre

Eagerly looking fwd to Kawasaki launching bikes under the FTA policy. Though the above bikes are good, am keeping my fingers crossed for the the KLR650.
