Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG Review: Masked Lunacy

Just how good is it?

Conventional love will tell you that SUVs are meant to lift their skirts and get their feet dirty in paddy fields, rather than tucking that lengthy piece of loose clothing by their waist and sprint on a race track. However, these aren’t conventional times and skirts have shrunk so much, they no longer need any lifting. So like clothing, SUVs have evolved too.

But is this evolution endearing? Is the Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG  captivating? If you ask us or rather me, like a kid enamoured by a space shuttle, for what it is and what it does, the ML 63 sure does enthral. Brilliance deserves applause and the Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG reeks of it in many ways. It brings near sports car performance to a package that can seat five in supreme comfort with all their luggage and can be driven on most of our roads without a worry of any of that exotic lace lining on its skirt getting dirty. Powered by a mad motor that sounds like a cloudburst, it will drench you in an acid rain that only gives you Goosebumps. What more would you want then?

You see a kid can be besotted with a space shuttle only till the time he’s at the museum. When he goes back home, the first thing he’ll look for is that red little F355 like dinky car he left under the bed, unless he is confused between becoming a race car driver and an astrophysicist.
