The Wuling Hong Guang S facelift has been launched in China. Hong Guang S is basically a rebadged Chevrolet Enjoy MPV that was launched in India earlier this year.
The Wuling Hong Guang is among the most popular cars on sale in China. The Hong Guang is powered by the same 1.2-liter 102 bhp petrol engine that powers the India spec Chevy Enjoy. Also on offer is an entry level 86bhp, 1.4-liter motor. Also, the facelifted Hong Guang brings along a new 1.5-liter 112bhp engine. There are chances that the 1.4 litres engine options might have been discontinued.
On the outside, the car comes with a new grille, new bumper and a new set of foglamps at the front and a set of new taillights at the rear. The car also gets new design alloy wheels.
The Wuling Hong Guang S facelift seems to boast of more premium interiors that the India spec Enjoy. The Hong Guang S comes with a revised dashboard and a touchscreen multimedia system.
The new Wuling Hong Guang S facelift definitely looks more premium than the Chevrolet Enjoy that is on sale in India.
