Lexus is the official automotive partner for the movie Black Panther – Wakanda Forever.

Movie Spot
The movie spot directed by Anthony Leonardi III features the fearless Dora Milaje driving the Lexus RZ 450e to a conference. Their journey quickly turns into an intense car chase scene which puts the car’s agility on display. The sequence shows blasts, spear throws and other obstacles that the 450e tackles with ease and helps the Dora Milaje navigate to safety.
Lexus RZ 450e
The Lexus RZ 450e is an all-electric SUV and Lexus’ first bespoke electric car. The SUV gets a 71.4 kWh battery pack that promises a range of up to 362 KM. It comes with the Direct 4 four-wheel drive powertrain powered by two separate motors. The front motor produces 203 hp and the rear produces 108 hp. The combined output is a whopping 312 hp and 435 Nm torque. It can go from naught to 100 in just 5.6 sec and maxes out at 159 kmph.
The RZ 450e also gets an optional butterfly-styled steering wheel which raises its futuristic appeal. It comes with a unique steer-by-wire system that removes the mechanics between the front wheels and the driver. This electronic setup increases precision and gives the drivers better control while maneuvering the vehicle.
Currently, Lexus has not made any statement if the RZ 450e will come to India. For now, we get the NX SUV.
