The 2023 Street Triple lineup from Triumph features updates over the previous generation. The R, RS, and Moto2 models of the 2023 Street Triple will be offered, with a worldwide cap of 765 units placed on the Moto2 model. Only the R and RS are to be sold in India.

The new model’s fuel tank is two liters smaller than the 17-liter tank of the preceding cycle. As a result, the bike appears to be more compact. Along with the bike’s sleek front end, the tank extensions have also been reprofiled. Triumph also made changes to the tail section, which is now more swept up and athletic on the RS. In comparison to the other versions, the R has a higher back end and sharper steering geometry. The R features the lowest seat height at 826mm, while the RS is only 3mm lower.

Triumph has also worked on the 765cc, inline-triple engine to make it develop more power than it ever has. The R variant’s 765cc inline triple produces 120 horsepower, while the RS and Moto2 edition bikes’ versions of the same engine produce 130 horsepower. Additionally, peak torque has increased to 80Nm and is consistent across all versions. Additionally, an up/down quick shifter comes standard on all models.

Systems for cornering ABS and traction control are now common across the entire line up and can be customised to the rider’s preferences. Four riding modes—Road, Rain, Sport, and Rider-configurable—are now available on the R variant. An extra Track mode is included on the RS model. The base, R version features a basic, Trident-like display, but the RS has a 5-inch TFT display that allows access to all the electronics settings.

Showa 41mm USD, separate function big piston fork and Showa monoshock are installed on the Street Triple R as the chassis components. The Street Triple RS, on the other hand, has an Ohlins monoshock and a Showa 41mm USD big piston fork. At the front of the Street Triple R’s braking system are Brembo M4.32 4-piston radial monobloc callipers. The Street Triple RS, on the other hand, receives substantially superior Brembo Stylema brakes because it is more track-focused.
