Triumph Motorcycles completes one year in India, celebrates with customers at IBW 2015

Triumph Motorcycles celebrated their first anniversary in India at the recently concluded India Bike Week 2015 along with their customers and the motorcycling community of the sub-continent. The festivities started with an exclusive party for Triumph Owners on the eve of IBW at a beach resort where the customers grooved to the beats of Mekaal Hasan, a popular Indo-Pak band and enjoyed a refreshing evening with fellow Triumph riders.

Triumph Motorcycles kick started IBW with a ‘Celebratory Ride In’ from Nazri Grounds to the IBW venue. The enthusiastic customers from around the country were joined by Mark Wilsmore from Ace Cafe London and Vimal Sumbly MD, Triumph Motorcycles India Private Limited.

Triumph Motorcycles also showcased the new Tiger XRx & XRc motorcycles for the first time in India at the IBW 2015. The XRx and XCx versions have first in class inclusion of cruise control with rider focused technology including standard fit traction control and switchable ABS on all models delivering improved rider safety.

Some other key features of the new Tiger’s is ride by wire technology for smoother power delivery and lighter throttle response, improved off road capability with standard fitment of WP Suspension on all XC models, new styling, improved ergonomics, and adjustable seat height giving 20mm of adjustability. Whatever the road, whatever the distance, whatever the challenge, the new Tiger 800 range has been built to excel!

Another showcase was the customized Bonneville done by Rajputana Custom Motorcycles especially for IBW 2015. Bonneville has the demeanor of a subtle classic ride, but the team at Rajputana Customs converted the motorcycle into an aggressively styled Scrambler.
