Toyota’s commitment to the global market echoes through its decision to manufacture the Urban SUV in India. Partnering seamlessly with Maruti Suzuki’s eVX, this SUV will be built on the 27PL skateboard platform.

The synergy between the Toyota Urban SUV and the Maruti eVX goes beyond mere mechanical similarities. From platform sharing to exterior body panels and interior trim, these sister-models share a common DNA.
The Urban SUV’s dimensions, measuring at 4,300mm in length, 1,820mm in width, and 1,620mm in height, align closely with the Maruti eVX. Both models are anticipated to ride on the same 2,700mm wheelbase, ensuring a shared foundation.

The SUV will offer two battery pack options, with the higher-spec variant boasting a remarkable 400km-plus range. Toyota promises both Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) and Dual-Motor All-Wheel Drive (AWD) options for select markets, ensuring a versatile driving experience.
