Regulars here would remember that we reported in detail when it emerged that the Suzuki Inazuma 250cc bike might make its Indian debut by featuring in the upcoming Salman Khan starrer Mental bollywood movie. Now, the Suzuki Inazuma GW250S has been unveiled at the Auto Shanghai 2013. Basically, the Inazuma GW250S is the semi faired version of the Inazuma GW250 that will be soon launched in India.
The GW250S comes with an edgy fairing that houses an apparently small headlamp. It is being expected that the inclusion of a fairing would boost the touring capabilities of the bike.
The GW250S gets a new handlebar that is set a little higher than that of the GW250’s and should result into a more relaxed riding posture.
The bike continues to be powered by the 248cc parallel twin 4-stroke engine that has a max power of 26 bhp and a peak torque figure of 24.2 Nm.
In China, the Suzuki Inazuma GW250S will be produced by Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co.
Now, thanks to our fairing-hungry bike buying lot, shouldn’t this be the version that we should get?
That fairing is as ugly as one can get. Suzuki, don’t even think of bringing this bike. In the age of cutting edge designs and themes they come up with this monstrosity.
A baby Gixxer maybe a GSX-250 would be more appropriate. After all the brand already has a fan following here in India.
