Nissan Formula E Team Claims Podium Victory in Rome E-Prix!

ROME, Italy (July 19, 2023) – The Nissan Formula E Team celebrated a remarkable achievement at the 2022/23 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship in Rome. Driver Norman Nato secured an impressive second place on the podium during Round 14.

Starting from third place, the Frenchman quickly moved up to second and maintained a strong pace throughout the 24-lap race. Nato’s excellent defensive driving in the final laps ensured his podium finish. On the previous day, despite starting in the middle of the pack, he fought back to finish seventh and earned six points.

His teammate, Sacha Fenestraz, showed promise with a third-place qualifying performance in Round 13. He even led the race for some laps but finished in 10th place due to energy issues. On Sunday, technical problems caused a 16th-place finish for Fenestraz.
