Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has announced several support measures for customers whose vehicles have been affected by recent flooding in various regions across India. The initiative aims to assist those dealing with vehicle-related challenges due to the floods.
As part of this initiative, Nissan has established a dedicated helpdesk to assist customers with flood-affected vehicles. The company is offering free Roadside Assistance (RSA) services, including towing vehicles to the nearest authorized Nissan service workshop.

In collaboration with its dealers, Nissan is also waiving insurance claim process fees of up to INR 1,000 for vehicles damaged by the floods. This waiver is intended to help ease the financial burden on customers during the claim settlement process.

Ltd., stated, “Our customers are an integral part of the Nissan family, it’s crucial that we come together as a brand and support our community. We are united in our efforts to assist our customers who have been affected by the floods. By providing essential services and quick support via a dedicated special helpdesk, we hope to show our commitment to our customers during this challenging time.”
In addition to these services, Nissan is offering a 10% discount on engine oil and oil filter replacements, as well as a 10% discount on floor carpet replacements for flood-affected vehicles. A detailed vehicle health check-up will also be provided at authorized service workshops. These offers will be available for services rendered within the next two months.
