Enhanced Features and Design
The New Maruti Swift retains the iconic elements that made its predecessor a favorite among drivers. However, significant updates include a new front bumper, redesigned radiator grille, reshaped headlights and fog lights, and conventionally placed rear door handles. Moreover, new alloy wheel designs and tail-lamps with a distinctive C-shape pattern further elevate its appeal.
Variant Options and Pricing
Available in five variants – LXi, VXi, VXi (O), ZXi, and ZXi+, the New Maruti Swift offers a comprehensive range to cater to diverse consumer preferences. Pricing starts at Rs 6.49 lakh for the base model and goes up to Rs 9.65 lakh for the range-topping variant, with prices changing for variations based on the chosen features and specifications.
Advanced Infotainment and Connectivity
One of the standout features of the New Maruti Swift is its advanced infotainment system. The top-spec ZXi+ variant comes equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen display that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Fuel Efficiency and Performance
Powered by the new Z12E engine, the New Maruti Swift delivers impressive fuel efficiency figures of 25.75kpl with the AMT variant and 24.8kpl with the manual transmission. The new Z Series engine comes with a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT gearbox, and produces 82hp and 112Nm of peak torque; a drop of 8hp and 1Nm over the outgoing Swift. Maruti also claims that the new Swift produces up to 12 percent less CO2 emissions.
Safety and Comfort
The New Maruti Swift offering a range of features to ensure passenger protection. Even the entry-level LXi variant comes equipped with standard safety kit, including six airbags, ISOFIX anchors, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, hill start assist, and ESC. Additionally, the top-spec ZXi+ variant offers added convenience features such as a wireless phone charger, rear AC vents, LED fog lamps, cruise control, and auto climate control.
