A new symbol for the ‘Rupee’ is on the cards now and Mercedes-Benz has officially launched a new way to either spend it or make you feel the lack of it by launching the SLS AMG supercar in India! The 6.2-litre V8 powered car can be yours for a base price of 
2-crore, going up all the way up to 2.5-crore depending on the level of customization you make on the SLS AMG. “We are very excited to come with SLS in India. We have started the production couple of weeks ago in Germany, there is no time lag to launch the vehicle in India,” Mercedes Benz India Managing Director and CEO Wilfried Aulbur told reporters present at the launch function in Delhi. The SLS AMG will be a CBU import from Germany and will take six to eight months of delivery time for the Indian orders.
