Shivam Maruti unveiled the much awaited Maruti Suzuki Stingray on 22nd August, 2013, at their state of art Lakschachandi Showroom in Kandivali West in the presence of Mr. Yogesh Sagar, MLA, Charkop Vidhan Sabha, other distinguished guests and their select customers.
The Maruti Suzuki Stingray has been launched in the Mumbai market at an introductory price of Rs 4.32 lakhs (ex-showroom Mumbai).
Sleek & expressive projector headlamps and a stylish reflector grill are the key highlights of Stingray. It also comes along with a chrome-garnished tail lamp and gunmetal grey coloured alloy wheels. The vehicle looks decidedly sportier than the Wagon R on which it is based on.
Changes are not restricted to the exterior alone as the Stingray features a blue themed instrument cluster with multi information display and piano black surfaces on the inside. It has a tilt adjustable leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, Stingray themed seats, and electrically adjustable OVRMs. The Stingray also comes with an option of driver-side airbag and anti-lock brake system.
The model is being offered in 3 variants – LXi, VXi and VXi(O) and all the three variants are being powered by the same 1.0-Litre K10 petrol engine that powers the Wagon R.
Stingray is available in 5 vibrant colors which are Superior White, Glistening Grey, Passion Red,Midnight Blue and Silky Silver.
