We recently sampled the Hyundai i20 Active in the beautiful state of Goa. The Hyundai i20 Active will be launching on March 17th next week and here we have an image gallery of the car for you.
You might already know that the i20 Active is based on the Elite i20. The i20 Active has been designed at Hyundai’s Design Centre in Rüsselsheim, Germany, and adopts Hyundai’s ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0′ design language.

In terms of visual differences between its hatchback cousin, the i20 Active gets sporty newly designed bumpers, a slightly raised ground clearance (190 mm), faux scruff plates, body cladding all around, new wheels, roof rails, and a stain finished fuel filler cap.
Powering the i20 Active will be the same petrol and diesel engines found on the Elite i20. Hyundai has tweaked the gear ratios for better drivability compared to the hatchback.
The i20 Active will lock horns with the likes of the VW Polo Cross, Fiat Avventura, Toyota Etios Cross and will be priced around 60,000 more than the Elite i20.
