Hyundai India had recently announced a price reduction for all the vehicles in its current product portfolio with the introduction of GST. Post the implementation of the Goods and Services tax (GST), Hyundai cars have witnessed a price drop of about 5.9%.
One of the best-selling products for the Korean automobile manufacturer, the Creta, has received a significant price cut, up to INR 63,000 based on the choice of variant. The Creta now starts with a price tag of INR 8.92 lakh (Diesel, Manual) for the base E variant and goes all the way up to INR 14 lakh for the SX+ (Diesel, Automatic) variant.

The Creta, which is longer than 4 metres, attracts the highest cess of 15% over and above the base 28% GST rate in India. The Creta is available with three engine options including a 123 hp 1.6-litre petrol unit, 90 hp 1.4-litre diesel unit and a 128hp 1.6-litre diesel unit. Transmission options on the model include a six speed manual transmission and a six speed automatic transmission. The Hyundai Creta is available in 14 different variants, the post GST prices of which are given below.
