Italians are known for building some of the finest and the most alluring vehicles in the world and the Ducati Scrambler is undoubtedly one of the nicest looking motorcycles today. But the Ducati Scrambler Dirt Track Concept, designed by Ducati Thailand, is here to break the norms and bring out the meanest look that would make someone as frightening as Frankenstein have nightmares. The motorcycle was first showcased at the Bangkok Motor Show.
Ducati Scrambler Dirt Track Concept is a go-anywhere motorcycle designed to conquer the trails and take over where the tarmac ends. The motorcycle is shod with some serious off-roading Pirelli Scorpion Rally tires with no fender, showing off its “all surface conquering” tread pattern. The round headlight has been replaced by an asymmetric unit which appears to have been borrowed from a sci-fi movie. The headlight is surrounded by a circle of light that would work as a daytime running light.
The fuel tank is stylishly leather-clad on either sides while the stock fuel lid has been replaced by a CNC-machined fuel cap. An after market exhaust, has tape wrapped around pipes, giving the Ducati Scrambler Dirt Track Concept a more rugged look and probably adds some more horses over the stock motorcycle. Topping off the mean, off-road inspired look of the Ducati Scrambler Dirt Track Concept is the paint work that replaces the glossy look with a rugged finish.
