Four-cylinder Kawasaki Ninja 250 Being Considered, says Michael Tanadhi Of PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia

TMCBlog recently caught up with PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia’s Deputy Head of Sales and Promotion, Michael Tanadhi who confirmed that the two-wheeler maker is currently studying a four-cylinder quarter litre motorcycle. Tanadhi also suggested that the two-wheeler maker is also studying pricing and marketing strategies for the new four-cylinder quarter-litre.

It’s not the first time that we’ve heard of the mysterious four-cylinder quarter-litre from Kawasaki. Over the past couple of years, we’ve seen spy images of what’s claimed to be a four-cylinder Kawasaki Ninja 250. This mysterious, fully faired motorcycle that was seen back in September 2014, which was supposedly the next Ninja 250 surprisingly borrowed a lot of front styling cues from the Ducati Panigale, just like the Yamaha R25/R3.

Will we actually see a production version four-cylinder quarter-litre from Kawasaki or will it continue to be the Loch Ness Monster of the motoring industry? We really hope to see a quarter-litre with the hymn of the four cylinder. If things go well, we’d probably hear some news on that front by the end of the year.

We’d keep you posted about all the latest updates about the upcoming quarter-litre four-cylinder Kawasaki. Meanwhile, let us know your views through the comments section below.
