Being the 13th largest city in the country by population, Nagpur becomes an important location for carmakers to open outlets. In order to establish a firm presence in the auto industry, it only makes sense that new entrants follow through.

French automaker Citroën inaugurated its newest showroom and after-sales workshop in central India on the 23rd of December this year. With the opening of its ‘La Maison Citroën’ phygital showroom in Nagpur, the brand will benefit from better customer reach.
About La Maison Citroën
The outlet, located at Nagpur’s E2 – MIDC Hingna Main Road, is the brand’s ‘phygital showroom’. Phygital is where the brand incorporates physical and digital elements in the sales experience at its showrooms.

La Maison Citroën basically means the house of Citroën, and the brand has named all of its dealerships similarly. This dealership hosts the entire Citroën India range, which currently includes the new C5 Aircross SUV and the new C3. According to the carmaker, this new center will offer customers a comfortable sales, test drive experience, and full-fledged after-sales services.
The carmaker aims at creating a customer-focused sales experience with provisions such as a unique High-Definition 3D configurator. This will allow visitors to explore the brand’s offerings. It will also help buyers in being able to view how their vehicle would look after installing various customization options.

About L’Atelier Citroën
The dealership is not just a showroom but also an after-sales service center which the automaker calls an artist’s workshop. L’Atelier Citroën will ensure that customers have seamless access to a robust range of after-sales services.
It offers innovative care and maintenance services for Citroën cars in India at customers’ doorsteps. The L’Ateleir at Nagpur will also provide services such as Virtual Remote Diagnostics & a 180 minutes-RSA Guarantee.
