Citroën comes to Bhubaneshwar & Guwahati

Citroën India announced the launch of the “La Maison Citroën” (The Home of Citroën) phygital showroom in Guwahati & Bhubaneshwar. Located in a strategic location for car dealerships, the phygital showrooms are well integrated with the brand’s digitization strategy to offer a seamless vehicle buying experience for customers. The showrooms will also offer customers a comfortable test drive experience and complete after-sales services.

For the ones less familiar with the marketing term, ‘phygital’ is something that bridges the gap between the physical and the digital world. And through this strategy, “La Maison Citroën” plans to overturn the traditional way of automobile retail through its new experience with a warm, friendly, and colorful ambiance and a giant screen placed on the façade. The interiors feature a natural wood finish welcoming customers to experience the revolutionary French brand and its century-old legacy.

A fully digital ecosystem links the experience of customers and enriches their visit with ATAWADAC (AnyTime-AnyWhere-AnyDevice-AnyContent) reception Bar, HD 3D configurator, and Citroen Origins touchscreen.

As part of the Phygital strategy for India, Citroën will offer a range of services like attractive finance and leasing services through Citroën Finance & Insurance and 30-minute Guaranteed Trade-In facility.
