BS-IV effect: Buy a BS-III Honda CBR 150/250 and get a Honda Navi free

After the country’s apex court’s order to freeze sales and registrations of BS-III vehicles in India, automobile manufacturers and their dealers are offering ridiculous discounts to clear the unsold inventory. Since these examples need to find customers before April 1st, 2017, which is also when the new BS-IV regulations will come into effect, we came across one such offer which sounds too good to believe.

BS-IV effect: Buy a BS-III Honda CBR 150/250 and get a Honda Navi free

A dealer in Pune is offering the Honda Navi free, if you purchase the BS-III Honda CBR 150 or 250. The offer is applicable if you buy the CBR 150 in Athletic Blue or Black, while the CBR 250 has to be bought in either Red or Black for the little thing to tag along for free. What’s more, the Honda Navi on its own is available at a discounted price, retailing for Rs. 31,000 on-road, instead of its actual price of Rs. 51,000. Heavy discounts are also offered on the Activa i, the Dio, Aviator, CB 125 Shine SP, CB Shine, Dream Yuga and Disc and Drum variants of the Honda Livo motorcycle.

While details of the said retailer are not available, you may check with your local dealer for any such similar offer they might want to tempt you with. The BS-III Honda CBR 150 is being offered at a price of Rs. 1,42,748, while the bigger engined CBR 250 is being offered at Rs. 2,21,125. If you’re out bargaining and aren’t interested in an offer like this, you may also twist the dealer’s arm into giving you a cash discount instead. But make sure you sign on the dotted line before the BS-IV norms take effect. Happy Shopping. Oh and if you’d like to know what Ducati is offering, click here.
