Bajaj showcased the U-car concept at the Auto Car 2014.
At the Auto Expo 2014, Bajaj presented the U-Car concept. This is on the similar lines as the RE60.
Emissions : Similar to 60 g/km on the RE60.
Weight : 300 Kg
Engine : Liquid cooled, 4 valve, Triple Spark with Fuel Injection.
Transmission : Automatic with front wheel drive.
Fuel Option : Gasoline.
Other Features : Air Conditioner, Scissor Doors.
We feel, The launch of the U-car could really revolutionize the mini 4-wheeler industry and this we feel could very well be our everyday travel car, especially on our crowded roads where the vehicular population is ever increasing. The U-car is targeted at the end user segment (unlike the RE60 which as we know is more targeted to the commercial segment).
