The new Maruti Ertiga Altair special edition model boasts of several visual upgrades that come together to endow the popular mini MPV with a slightly more premium look. The front fascia of the Ertiga Altair gets a new set of headlights that boast of projector lenses and a revised front bumper that sports the quentissential LED daytime running lights (DRLs). The hot selling Mini MPV also gets a full body kit that consists of side skirts, bumper spoilers, and a roof mounted rear spoiler. Also, the car gets a set of new design alloy wheels and a dash of chrome for the sides.
Maruti hasn’t revealed the engine specifications of the new Ertiga Altair, which makes us believe that the car would get the same set of engines that power the regular model, that is, if at all the Altair makes it to production. Currently, the Ertiga is available with a 1.3 litre, four cylinder, Variable Geometry Turbo equipped diesel engine and a 1.4 litre, four cylinder, normally aspirated petro engine.
