About the 2024 Toyota Fortuner Rendering
This is the rendered image of the 2024 Toyota Fortuner. In this image, the changes in the design of Fortuner are clear. On the exterior, the Fortuner gets a large grille with 3 slats and a Toyota logo.
The Fortuner also gets the sleek LED headlights and the black element. The black element merges with the grille and lower part. Meanwhile, the bonnet of the Fortuner gets some creases.
Though, it gets a new bumper with a large skid plate and LED light strip. The Fortuner also gets a new design for alloy wheels. Apart from this, the side profile is similar to the current version. However, there is no rendered image of the rear section of the Fortuner.
Powertrain Options
Recently, Toyota revealed its 2.8L hybrid diesel engine concept. The carmaker had installed this engine in the Hilux pickup truck. Meanwhile, this concept made its debut at the WRC Kenya African Rally. The new Fortuner is expected to get a new diesel hybrid engine.
Currently, Toyota Fortuner is available with a 2.8L diesel engine. This engine produces 201hp of power and 500nm of torque output. However, the new Fortuner will get a 48V mild-hybrid system.
With the hybrid setup, the new engine is 10% more efficient than before. Meanwhile, the new Fortuner will get the options of a 6-Speed Manual and Automatic gearbox.

Toyota is likely to launch the new Fortuner by 2024 in global markets. In India, we can expect the launch of the new Fortuner in the same year.
The Fortuner is one of the most popular SUVs in the market. The SUV is currently in its 2nd generation since 2016. In 2021, the carmaker launched a facelift version with slightly more features. But, it still misses out on modern features and the latest technology like ADAS.
The reason behind the sales of Fortuner is its good qualities. The next-gen Fortuner will get more features and a powerful engine. After the launch, the new generation Fortuner will compete with MG Gloster, Jeep Meridian, and Volkswagen Tiguan.
