Upcoming Two-Wheelers: November

India is the world’s largest two-wheeler market since our country overtook China back in 2017. So, it is only understandable that we get to encounter numerous new launches and unveils on the 2-wheeled side of the industry.

Till now we’ve witnessed the launches of a host of bikes and scooters running on petrol/electric power alike. Completely new products from manufacturers like Royal Enfield, TVS, Yamaha, Yezdi, BMW Motorrad, Benelli, Triumph, Kawasaki, Ducati, etc. have landed here and yet there’s more to come. Here, we tell you all about the launches or unveils that have been scheduled to take place in November 2022.

2023 Triumph Street Triple

The India-bound 2023 Triumph Street Triple 765 will be globally unveiled this week on the 3rd of November and is expected to be launched in India in a few months’ time. The teasers reveal the bike’s twin-pod LED headlight, fully-digital instrument cluster, upside-down front forks, rear mono-shock, dual discs at the front, and a single rotor at the back. The bike will have a new paint scheme and minor changes.

Gogoro Entry into the Indian Market

November marks the entry of the electric vehicle startup company -Gogoro. It is a Taiwan-based company that deals in electric two-wheelers and charging solutions. Interestingly, Gogoro has partnered with Hero MotoCorp to set up battery charging & swapping stations. The company has set up an official event to announce its plans in the country.

Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650

Royal Enfield is expected to unveil the new Super Meteor 650 cruiser motorcycle at the 2022 EICMA in Milan, Italy sometime in the second week of November. The new RE Super Meteor 650 is a retro-styled cruiser motorcycle that will share its engine and platform with the brand’s 650 twins. It will come powered by the same 648cc, parallel twin-cylinder engine but with fuel injection technology good for 47PS of power and 52Nm of torque. Slipper-assisted clutch to come standard with the 6-speed gearbox. USD front forks and twin rear shocks will suspend the bike. The motorcycle will feature disc brakes along with standard dual-channel ABS. Recently, a production-ready test mule has been spotted too.

Ultraviolette F77

TVS-backed Ultraviolette Automotive is gearing up for the launch of its F77 high-performance electric motorcycle with the launch date being set for November the 24th. Expect the F77 to have dual-channel ABS, multiple drive modes, regenerative braking and adjustable suspension to name a few. The Bengaluru-based company has been testing its e-bike under varied weather conditions and terrains across the country. The manufacturer has been conducting production trail runs at its manufacturing facility set up in Electronic City as it gears up to launch its first electric motorcycle. Ultraviolette claims that the F77 will offer 307km of range on a single charge.
