The Bajaj Avenger was the company’s take on a cruiser bike, a stance Hyderabad based Eimor Customs sought to advance with their build, the Precision Optimizer.
The whole idea behind the mod was to enhance the laid back stance of the Avenger. The bike features new redesigned leather seats and a pulled-back handlebar that help the rider relax into a more comfortable touring stance. The brake pedals and the gear-shifter had to be moved forward as well, to complement the new riding position.
The bike now gets a custom made fuel-tank with an offset filler cap. The engine has been completely blacked out, a touch which goes perfectly with the bespoke chrome exhaust. The rear back-rest from the stock bike has also been replaced in favour of a tall sissy-bar.
The stock lamps at the rear have been replaced with a tiny bobber style lights. The front lamp too, now exudes bobber charm with a smaller head-case.

In typical Eimor fashion, the detailing is immaculate with a perfect interplay between surfaces, finishes and colours. The tank gets a dual tone blue and white finish with a “Sol Somnum XXIV.V” Latin inscription. The front and rear mudguards also feature blue and white detailing.
Parts like the headlamp, tail-lamp and indicator lamps housings have been maintained in the chrome shade. Even the shockers at back and the forks up front get a black body with chrome detailing. The speedo console, handlebar ends and the brake and clutch levers also get the chrome treatment.
The tyres have been upgraded to a 17 inch up front and a fatter 19 inch wheel at the back. The stock Bajaj Avenger is sold in 150 and 220cc variants in two trims – street and cruise. The 150cc air cooled variant belts out 14.54 PS of maximum power while the 220cc oil cooled trim transfers 19.03 PS to the wheels.
