Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift interior spied ahead of August Debut

The Mahindra Scorpio has been one of the most loved SUVs in the company’s lineup for years. It has built a strong fan following with its bold design, powerful engines and practical cabin. Now, the Scorpio N is getting its first major update. Fresh undisguised spy images have revealed almost the entire interior before its expected debut in August. The latest pictures show that Mahindra has worked on adding more technology and premium features without changing the SUV’s core identity.

Refreshed cabin gets more technology

The biggest updates can be seen inside the cabin. The dashboard now looks more modern and takes inspiration from newer Mahindra SUVs. Key highlights –

  • New 10.25 inch freestanding touchscreen infotainment system
  • Fully digital instrument cluster replaces the older semi digital unit
  • Larger panoramic sunroof expected on higher variants
  • Horizontal AC vents with a fresh dashboard layout
  • Physical climate control buttons continue for easier use
  • Electronic parking brake and auto hold function visible
  • Familiar steering wheel, gear lever and dual zone climate control continue

The tan cabin theme has also been retained, giving the SUV a premium look.

Exterior changes expected to be small

The Scorpio N facelift is not expected to get a complete redesign. Mahindra is likely to make a few styling updates to keep the SUV fresh.

More features could be added

Apart from the larger screens, Mahindra is also expected to improve the equipment list.

Some expected highlights include:

  • 360 degree camera
  • Upgraded sound system
  • Better connected car features
  • Ventilated front seats
  • Expanded Level 2 ADAS package on higher variants

The current Scorpio N already offers several premium features, so these additions will make the SUV even more feature rich.

Engines likely to continue

No mechanical updates are expected with the facelift. The SUV is likely to continue with the same engine choices.
