Tata Motors is getting ready to bring back one of its most talked about SUVs in a new electric form. The Tata Sierra EV is likely to arrive in May 2026. The new model is expected to look quite close to its ICE sibling, but it will have its own EV specific touches in design and detailing, giving it a slightly different identity on the road.
This new model will sit below the Tata Harrier EV in the brand lineup. It will go up against rivals like the Mahindra BE 6, Hyundai Creta Electric and Maruti e Vitara.
Production will take place at the Sanand plant where other Tata models are also built.

The Sierra EV will carry a fresh design compared to the petrol and diesel version
