TVS Motor Company has introduced an upgraded version of the Apache RTR 160 4V, priced at ₹1,39,990 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). This refreshed model comes with a host of new features and updates, aiming to cater to modern riders who seek performance, technology, and style in their motorcycles.

The 2024 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V now boasts significant upgrades, including segment-first 37mm Upside-Down (USD) front forks for improved handling and ride stability. Riders can choose between three distinct riding modes—Sport, Urban, and Rain—each tailored for varying road conditions and riding preferences.

In terms of design, the bike features sporty aesthetics enhanced by golden USD forks, bold race-inspired graphics, and vibrant red alloy wheels. It is available in three new colors: Granite Grey, Matte Black, and Pearl White, further broadening its appeal.

Engine and Specifications

Powering the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V is a 159.7cc, oil-cooled, fuel-injected engine. This 4-valve unit delivers a maximum power of 17.55 PS at 9,250 rpm and peak torque of 14.73 Nm at 7,500 rpm, paired with a five-speed gearbox.

The motorcycle is equipped with dual-channel ABS, supported by Rear Lift Protection (RLP), ensuring safe and controlled braking. Glide Through Technology (GTT) allows seamless low-speed operation, particularly useful in traffic conditions. The addition of TVS SmartXonnect™ technology enables Bluetooth connectivity, providing features like turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and voice assistance.
