Nissan India has officially opened bookings for the highly anticipated 2024 Nissan Magnite facelift. The new Magnite is set to launch on October 4, 2024, with deliveries commencing the following day.
Design and Exterior Updates
The 2024 Nissan Magnite facelift boasts several aesthetic enhancements that are expected to appeal to a broad range of customers. The exterior design has been refreshed with redesigned front and rear bumpers, an updated grille, and new headlamp and taillight designs. Higher-spec models will feature new diamond-cut alloy wheels, while lower-spec models will come with redesigned plastic wheel covers.
Interior and Features
Inside, the Magnite facelift offers a host of new features aimed at enhancing passenger comfort and convenience. The cabin now includes a single-pane electric sunroof, an upgraded 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a wireless phone charger, and a 7-inch digital display for the driver. Additionally, the interior has been upgraded with new materials for the dashboard and new upholstery for the seats, reflecting Nissan’s commitment to improving the driving and passenger experience.
Powertrain and Performance
The updated Magnite will continue with the current model’s powertrain options. These include a 1.0-litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated engine, delivering 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque, and a more potent turbocharged variant producing 98 bhp and up to 160 Nm of torque. Transmission options will remain the same, offering a 5-speed manual gearbox or an AMT for the naturally aspirated engine, and a choice between a manual and a CVT automatic for the turbocharged engine
Pricing and Availability
The new Nissan Magnite is expected to be priced between ₹6 lakh and ₹11.27 lakh (ex-showroom), making it a competitive option in its segment. Customers can book the Magnite facelift by visiting the nearest Nissan dealership or through the brand’s online portal. Deliveries are set to begin on October 5, 2024.
