Simple Energy, a prominent player in the electric vehicle (EV) and clean energy sector has revealed plans to open six new ‘Simple Stores’ across India within the next month. This initiative represents the first phase of the company’s expansion strategy and aims to enhance customer engagement through experience-focused retail environments.
Store Locations and Opening Dates
The new Simple Stores will be located in Vijayawada, Bangalore, Pune, and Goa. The specific locations and their opening dates are as follows:
- Veterinary Colony, Vijayawada – 25th August 2024
- JP Nagar, Bengaluru – 29th August 2024
- Rajajinagar, Bengaluru – 31st August 2024
- Marathahalli, Bengaluru – 2nd September 2024
- Panjim, Goa – 7th September 2024
- Kharadi, Pune – 11th September 2024
Company’s Vision and New Store Features

Product and Manufacturing Details
Simple Energy offers two key models: the Simple One, with a certified range of 212 km, and the Simple Dot One, with a range of 151 km. The company manufactures 95% of its scooter components in-house and operates a state-of-the-art motor manufacturing facility in Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu.
Expansion and Future Plans
Currently, Simple Energy is in a pilot phase in Bangalore, where deliveries have begun. The company also plans to expand its dealership network, aiming to open 45 new stores by the end of the financial year.
