Hyundai is launching the IONIQ 5, in India. The highlight here isn’t just the fact that the car is electric, but you also have to appreciate the fact that Hyundai is packing this car with a host of smart features, which are quite futuristic, and promise to offer a convenient, confident, and cutting-edge driving experience. Moving on to the features list. Hyundai IONIQ 5 will be equipped with 21 Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features. ADAS uses automated sensing technology with radars, sensors, and cameras to detect obstacles on road or driver errors and respond with countermeasures for impact avoidance. Hyundai SmartSense is enabled with equipment such as Front Camera, Front and Rear Radars. The car will feature new ADAS functions such as-Safe Exit Assist (SEA) and Rear Occupant Alert (ROA). What makes this occasion special, is that this will be the second car to offer Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS features in India. But, what do you have to gain in this? With safety tech that always looks ahead, Hyundai IONIQ 5 makes sure every driver is confident and reliable, delivering a smooth and smart mobility experience. Hyundai SmartSense uses equipment such as Front Radar, Front Camera, and Rear Radars to detect and mitigate risks of collision, offering the driver adequate warning and if necessary, automatically applying countermeasures to offset an impact.

Hyundai IONIQ 5 has been designed to deliver utmost care, with the inclusion of features such as Safe Exit Assist (SEA) that helps avoid collisions with a rear-side vehicle when exiting. Hyundai will launch the IONIQ 5 at the Auto Expo in January 2023. The bookings will start in 20th December, 2022. But, one thing is for sure, this is something to look forward to.
