BMW has launched the 50 Jahre M Edition of the X6 in India at an ex-showroom price of ₹1.11 Cr which is ₹6.5 lakh more than the standard model. This comes following the recent announcement that BMW made of launching 10 cars under the ’50 Jahre M Editions’ that celebrate the 50th anniversary of the BMW M brand. This is the 9th model launched in India and the final one will be launched soon. This limited edition X6 will come to India via the CBU route and can be booked online. The limited edition SUV will be available only on the 40i M Sport avatar.
BMW X6 50 Jahre M Edition – Exterior
The 50 Jahre edition of the X6 will be available only in the Black Sapphire Metallic and M Carbon Black Metallic colors. This limited edition SUV comes with a large kidney grille finished in high gloss black. This grille is also illuminated giving the SUV a unique look. The SUV also gets 20-inch alloys finished in the Orbit Grey color and the brake calipers get the Red High Gloss M-Sport treatment. Overall the car looks stunning in its complete black avatar.

BMW X6 50 Jahre M Edition – Interior
While we do not have pictures to see what the interior looks like, we do have some information on what’s inside this limited-edition SUV. The layout itself will be quite similar to the standard X6 which has sporty seats finished in Sensafin leather and contrasting Tacora Red stitching. The SUV gets a 12.3-inch infotainment display married to a Harmon-Kardon sound system. It also gets heated and cooled cup holders, ambient lighting, wireless charging etc. The car also gets a large panoramic sunroof.

BMW X6 50 Jahre M Edition – Powertrain
As mentioned earlier, the 50 Jahre M Edition of the X6 will be available in the xDrive 40i powertrain which is no different from the standard X6. It gets the same 3.0L turbo petrol mill that produced 340 hp and 450 Nm torque which is paired to the 8-speed automatic gearbox.
