Tata Motors has appointed M/S Excel Vehicles as its first 3S facility in Tathawade, Pune. Providing customers with a complete experience of Sales, Service and Spares, all under one roof, the new facility is one of the six facilities being inaugurated by the car maker, with the other five coming up in this fiscal.
The facility is located off the Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore Highway, and has 24 workshop bays and staffed by professionally trained technicians. With a capacity to handle about 100 vehicles a day, the facility is equipped with amenities like express service bays, overnight driver and technicians’ rest rooms, environmental friendly water conversation equipment treatment plant (ETP), Wi-Fi connectivity, Electronic and Bio-metric attendance systems, service parking and specialized reserved vehicle display areas, making this facility truly world-class.
Similarly in the industrial hub of Chakan, the dealership would start another full range 3S facility and two more 3S facilities for Tata Motors SCV (Small Commercial Vehicle) Range in Tathawade and Loni. The dealership is also equipped with mobile workshops for 24X7 customer support. Furthermore customers can also avail of financing options, loyalty programs, including full service contracts for an enhanced service experience.
