Steve Jobs wanted to design an iCar

In a past few years, Apple has come out with an iPad (tablet), an iPod (music player) and of course, the very popular iPhone. The i series of Apple products surely revolutionized the way people looked at these devices and a lot of credits for the development of these goes to the company’s late founder Steve Jobs. Now, these were not the only ideas that Steve Jobs had. As was expected from a man of his brilliance, Jobs had a few ideas that were very out of the box.

As per CEO J. Crew and board member Mickey Drexler, Steve Jobs was almost sure that he was going to begin with the development of a car to wear the Apple badge. As is obvious, this car would have been called the iCar and would have been a great attempt at revolutionizing the world of automobiles.

“Look at the car industry; it’s a tragedy in America. Who is designing the cars?” Drexler said. “Steve’s dream before he died was to design an iCar.”

We so hope that Apple implements this idea of the iMan.
