The overall design of the Tiago EV is similar to the I.C.E version. However, Tata has added some elements that make it instantly recognizable as an EV. The Tiago EV gets new color shades of Teal Blue and Tropical Mist. The former is available in other Tata electric cars as well. Other than this, it is offered in the shades of Daytona Grey, Pristine White, and Midnight Plum. There is extensive use of electric blue accents on the body and the headlights. The 14-inch wheels have a new design as well and it gets a dual-tone black roof. Tata has also used tri-arrow elements for parts such as the front bumper. Lastly, the grille is closed off as you would expect in an EV.

The interior of the Tiago EV is similar to the standard Tiago. It gets a dual-tone white and grey theme and leatherette seats. Just like the exterior, the interior gets electric blue highlights all around. The traditional gear lever has been replaced by a rotary knob that gets a sports mode. In terms of features, the Tiago EV comes loaded with 45 connected car features, a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Carplay, a reverse parking camera, a digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, push-button start/stop, and cruise control.
