Prices for the F-Type Coupe start from INR 1.21 crore ex-Delhi. The top-of-the-line Jaguar F-Type Coupe V8 R 5.0 can be yours for INR 1.82 crore ex-Delhi.
The Jaguar F-Type Coupe is the fixed roof version of the F-Type convertible, which is already on sale in India.
But, the fixed roof play an important role in the dynamics of the car. Jaguar claims the fixed roof has made the chassis 30 per cent stiffer.
The roof on the Jaguar F-Type Coupe boasts of an optional tinted glass construction that appears to stretch all the way to the end of the rear windscreen. The fixed roof also helps establish a more flowing side profile and strong rear haunches.
The Jaguar F-Type Coupe, like its convertible version, is available in three versions:
- The base V6 with a 3.0-litre supercharged V6 that produces 340 PS.
- The V6 S which produces 380 PS.
- The top-of-the-line V8S develops 550 PS for the Coupe, up from 495 PS for the convertible version from a 5.0 liter supercharged V8. This engine is also available in the Jaguar XKR-S.
