Ford India has appointed Eureka Ford Parts as the exclusive distributor for Ford Genuine Parts in Tamil Nadu. Eureka Ford Parts is the second exclusive distributor for Ford Genuine Parts in India. The company had in November appointed its first distributor for Delhi.
Retail distribution of spare parts will enable Ford customers to get their Ford cars repaired at a preferred workshop. Moreover, Ford plans to expand the retail distribution network to Karnataka, Maharashtra, Kerala and East of India.
Located at No. 37, PM Towers, Greams Road, Chennai, Eureka Ford Parts will reach out to all auto part retailers and independent repair shops, enhancing access to competitively-priced Ford parts for customers in Tamil Nadu. Customers visiting Ford’s dealers and workshops, on the other hand, will continue to reap benefits of Ford’s innovations like Happy Pockets. This initiative ensures low cost of ownership by allowing Ford car owners to avail and experience service offerings starting as low as INR 2,199.
